To usually correct the situation I reboot into safe mode and remove the Dragon Center Gaming program and then reboot to reinstall Dragon Gaming center and its worked. When loading at startup the program starts to load tries to produce a warning screen but the system reboots before I have a chance to read what is displayed. Windows 10 seems to update on a regular basis but nearly every time it has updated since mid 2019 it breaks the Dragon Gaming Centerv.0601 on my MSI GT72s 6QE.
